What was your most memorable case in which you served?
Ponzi sheme case where I inherited 7 race horses and 40 brood mares. Iraced two horses (and won) and sold the others. liquidated a warehouse, grainery, finance co. 1st meeting was attended by over 2000 irate penshioners who were bilked out of their savings.

What is the most interesting case you are working on at present?
Debtor once in jail now under indictment again for swindling aged widows . Fighting a will contest with heirs of prior wills who claim undue influence.

What is the most difficult part of the chapter 7 job? 
Getting attorneys to show up at 341 mtg on time and compliance with production requests.

What is the most enjoyable part of being a chapter 7 trustee? 
Providing large dividends (sometimes 100%)

If you were to give one piece of advice to a new trustee what would that be?
When trying to decide if there is something to go after in a case, use the "nose test"
